Modernize the SOC, not just the SIEM.

LogSeam is the SOC Operating System: the pipeline, the data lake, the compute, the AI and the work, built as one platform instead of a stack of tools. Start alongside your SIEM; replace it on your timeline.

The SIEM is one tool in a stack.

Around it, the SOC has added a collection pipeline, a lake for what the SIEM can't keep, a SOAR, a ticketing system, threat intel portals and now an AI-SOC tool. Each one keeps its own copy of the data, its own console and its own contract. The real work happens in the gaps: an analyst carrying one alert from tool to tool. Swap the SIEM for a newer one and you change one box in that picture. The gaps stay.

Why most SIEM modernization projects disappoint

Move the SIEM to the cloud. New hosting, same architecture, and every tool around it still in place. Bolt AI onto the SIEM. It reasons over what the SIEM kept, in one more console. Add a data lake beside it. Now there are two places to search and two copies to keep in sync. Connect the tools with integrations. Alerts move between products, but understanding doesn't. Each one knows only its own layer, so every workflow stays disjointed.

A newer SIEM in the same stack is the same SOC.

One operating system for the whole SOC.

LogSeam is built as one platform, from the moment a log arrives to the verdict on a case. Each layer does one job, and every layer works on the same data.

Where your SIEM's jobs go

Your SIEM

  1. Collect and parse logs
  2. Store and retain them
  3. Correlate and detect
  4. Triage alerts
  5. Investigate and close cases
  1. The work: SOC work, defined by your procedures.

    • Investigate and close cases
    • New Starts an investigation on every new case
  2. The AI: agents that work every layer.

    • Correlate and detect
    • Triage alerts
    • New Writes the detection rules for your sources
  3. The compute: power for each question, released after.

    • Search them
  4. The data lake: one complete record, in your account.

    • Store and retain them
  5. The pipeline: every source, understood on the way in.

    • Collect and parse logs

One copy of the data. One place to work. Nothing in between.

Questions buyers ask

Is LogSeam a SIEM?
It does what your SIEM does, search, detection and alerting, as one part of a platform that also covers the pipeline, the lake, the AI and the casework.
What happens to the tools around our SIEM?
Keep the ones that do their own job, like identity, endpoint and threat intel. Retire the ones LogSeam covers, one at a time.
Do our existing detections come across?
LogSeam writes rules for your sources instead of translating your SIEM's query language, and you can bring the rules you have with you.
What about the history in our SIEM?
You can move it into LogSeam, and LogSeam holds everything from the day each source arrives.
