One platform, one price model. You decide how much compute.
Most SOCs run on a SIEM, a pipeline, a lake, a SOAR, a ticketing system and an AI tool, each on its own bill. LogSeam is one platform priced by the node, and you set the size, the scale and the model.
You don't pay for a SIEM. You pay for a stack.
Every tool in the stack bills for itself: the SIEM by the gigabyte, the pipeline to shrink that bill, the lake for what the SIEM can't keep, then the SOAR, the ticketing system and the AI tool on top. Each keeps its own copy of the data and needs its own people to run it. Each renewal looks reasonable on its own. The sum is the bill nobody sees.
Why trimming the bill doesn't work
- Negotiate each renewal. Each one gets a little better; the sum keeps growing.
- Send less to the SIEM. The bill shrinks, and so does what you can see.
- Add a cheaper tool. One more bill, one more copy of the data.
The cost of a SOC is the stack, not the SIEM.
LogSeam
Priced by the node. Tuned by you.
Illustrative only. The rate card and a sizing call set your real cost.
The pipeline, the lake, the compute, the AI and the work run as one platform, priced per node, with compute and storage either passed through at cost or paid by you directly. You set the compute. You choose how big each node is, and how far it scales is your budget's call, not an architectural limit. We size it with you to your volume and the questions you ask. The dials are yours. Ingest keeps its own machines and heavy questions go to bigger ones. The model for each kind of work is yours to set, so a quick check doesn't run on the model an investigation needs. AI you can trace. On LogSeam Managed, AI is passed through at cost; on your own key, your provider bills you. Every language-model call is recorded with its agent or task and an estimated cost.
Per node, not per gigabyte.
Send every source, including the ones you dropped to fit the bill. You pay for the nodes that do the work, never for each gigabyte ingested.
Questions buyers ask
- What are we actually paying for?
- A price per node, from the published rate card, with compute and storage either passed through at cost or paid by you directly. AI is passed through at cost on LogSeam Managed, or billed by your provider on your own key.
- Is it cheaper than what we pay now?
- Add up the whole stack first: every tool's license, every copy of the data, every team. The rate card and a sizing call settle the number. What changes for certain is that you retire the tools LogSeam covers, one at a time, and the bill stops deciding what you keep.
- Is the price published?
- Yes. The per-node rate card is on the Pricing page, and On-Premises is scoped with you.
- What happens when a question is very heavy?
- It goes to a bigger machine set aside for that work while it runs, and ingest keeps its own, so a big hunt doesn't take machines from incoming data or from everyday searches.
Where to start
- Add up what the stack costs today: every license, every copy of the data, every team that runs a tool.
- Size the nodes to your volume and the questions you ask, with us, from the published rate card.
