When we first started testing LogSeam's search capabilities on Tigris, something major happened. We saw performance we did not expect. We fired up the LogSeam development system, loaded 20 TB of raw JSON logs from four different vendors into a Tigris bucket, and told the system to refactor the JSON into Parquet files. LogSeam was processing so fast that we were creating Parquet files as fast as we could send messages. This also gave us the opportunity to upgrade our Google Fiber to 5 Gbps to justify us pushing even more logs.

Warp 10, Scotty... as many as we can, and let's see what happens." So, we fired up 5, 10, 15, 20 workers. Each 5 gave us another jump in speed... And then we fired up the spreadsheet...
